Qing Bao was born in China and is based in Germany now. She is a cultural manager, film critic, programmer, cinema projectionist, and a member of ICS. She is also a regular contributor to podcasts and streaming. Qing used to commute between China and Germany until the outbreak of COVID 19. She has organised Chinese-German cultural events since 2006. Her activities range from cinema, performing arts to education.
